That’s the thrilling question behind Battle of the Beasts — a book that imagines epic clashes between this prehistoric shark and other oceanic titans like orcas, colossal squids, Livyatan whales, pliosaurs, and mosasaurs.Packed with fascinating facts and dynamic comic-style illustrations, each battle bursts with energy, imagination, and a love for the ancient world.
This project has been a milestone in my career — my first collaboration with Little Tiger — and one that holds deep personal meaning. It allowed me to reconnect with two of my biggest childhood passions: drawing and dinosaurs. Working on this book felt like returning to those days when I used to dream about giant creatures and lost worlds, only this time with the tools and experience of my adult self.
Through this project, I had the chance to blend imagination, art, and paleontology — and to bring my own creative vision to a story that celebrates the power and mystery of the prehistoric world.
